1, The purpose

2, The effect

QD-600S is a production line for separating waste wires and cables into high-purity copper and plastics without water. Like the used auto circuits, the communication cable, the scrap miscellaneous wires, the Ethernet cables, the various civilian wires and others not suitable for cable strippers to process, etc. This machine is of unique compact structure, large capacity, lower power consumption, high separation rate and works without classification of different cables first. It’s automatic and the whole process is controlled by the PLC system. Once it’s fed, the final products, the copper, the plastics, both come out from different outlets. We used to burn the cables to get the copper which caused much pollution to the environment, and the copper got was of low purity and quality. With the development of this machine, the recycled copper is of more than 99% purity, some is used to produce the cables, which allows us to get more wires with lower price in the limited resources, now all the problems are solved.

3, The principle

The copper and the plastics have different densities, when they come to the air separator table which has a slope, they go in contrary directions under the action of wind. The separation rate is related with the diameter of the single copper conductor. The bigger the copper, the higher the separation rate and the larger the capacity.
